The person(s) or business(es) who gave you this gift opportunity to enter the WIN LUXURY PRIZES competition is clearly identified and noted on the CONTACT US page accessed from the main menu of this web site and termed as <The Competition Gift Entry Giver> in all subsequent content of this Privacy Statement.

The intention of this page is to advise you how your personal information will be handled, both by Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd and by The Competition Gift Entry Giver (who has agreed in writing to abide by the content of this Privacy Statement).   Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd is committed to supporting, the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) set out in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000. The aim of Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd is to both support, and ensure that it comply with the NPPs that form the basis of laws introduced to strengthen privacy protection for the general public. The information set out below is largely a summary of the obligations under the NPPs of Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd and The Competition Gift Entry Giver.

(ii) INFORMATION COLLECTED AS A RESULT OF ENTERING THE WIN LUXURY PRIZES COMPETITION

As a result of providing your contact details and other information used to enter the competition you may receive further news, views, marketing information and other communications pertinent to the competition or any other information deemed pertinent by Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd and/or by The Competition Gift Entry Giver (see section (i) INTRODUCTION above) to be of possible interest to you.

Such information shall be in the form of either; communication or correspondence with you by e-mail, Telephone call or by personal mail and may be on a regular and repeated basis. Your entry to the competition and acceptance of these terms and conditions means you agree to receive further information until you notify Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd otherwise (see section (iv) CANCELLING FURTHER CONTACT below).

(iii) USE AND DISCLOSURE

The information you provide for entry to the WIN LUXURY PRIZES competition shall only be used for the main purposes as explained in section (ii) above , except where another purpose is related to the main purpose and you would reasonably expect it to be available to be used for such a purpose, or where it is permitted or required by law, or when reasonably believed it is necessary on health or public safety grounds to use your information for another purpose.

In order to fulfil the purposes set out above Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd or The Competition Gift Entry Giver, may provide access to your personal information to third parties with whom it has a relationship in order for it to reasonably accomplish its objectives, for example those who maintain and update records and/or those who assist with communication with you and to you. You accept that not all such recipients of your information may have privacy policies equivalent to ours and you consent to the disclosure of your personal information for such reasonable purposes.

(v) CANCELLING FURTHER CONTACT

You may discontinue the aforementioned further communication at any time by advising Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd at the contact points shown below, without loss of rights or participation in the competition, by written notification, stating clearly your name and contact details by e-mail to Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd at;

In the event of you cancelling the sending of further information to you Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd shall advise The Competition Gift Entry Giver of your instruction and advise that person(s) or business(es) to comply with your wishes. In the event that The Competition Gift Entry Giver does not comply with your instructions you agree that Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd has done its utmost and is not accountable for any further recourse or responsibility.

(v) ACCESS AND CORRECTION

If you ask, Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd or The Competition Gift Entry Giver will tell you what personal information it holds about you, and what it does with it. Either or both parties will facilitate access to you by allowing an inspection of your personal information in person, or by providing copies or a summary of relevant documents, depending on what is most appropriate in the circumstances, following receipt of your request. Any charge payable by you for the provision of such access will be reasonable.

If you can show Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd or The Competition Gift Entry Giver that the personal information is inaccurate, both parties will take reasonable steps to correct it. Note that either party need not provide access to personal information in several types of situation, for example where a request is frivolous, or where to provide access would pose a threat to health or public safety, unreasonably interfere with another person’s privacy, or be a breach of the law. If you are refused access to information you will be advised of the reasons for so doing.

(vi) SECURITY

Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd and The Competition Gift Entry Giver will protect personal information from misuse and loss and destroy or permanently de-identify personal information either party no longer needs or requires.

(vii) COMPLAINTS RESOLUTION

Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd is committed to providing clients, and other parties whose personal information it holds, a fair and responsible system for the handling of their complaints.

If at any time you have any complaints in relation to privacy, please contact Cyber Boost  Pty Ltd at one of the points referred to below. Cyber Boost  will seek to address any concerns that you have through it's complaints handling processes, but if you wish to take matters further you may refer your concerns to the Office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner.
